INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

US Realty Training, LLC & US Realty School, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. US Realty Training, LLC and US Realty School, LLC collects information from our users at several different points on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3.

1. Personal Information

  • We have a variety of forms on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3 which request personal information from you should you choose to share. These forms include: subscribing to our email newsletters, signing up for our free introductory training sessions, contacting our administrative team for assistance, starting an online chat powered by Intercom (our third party vendor*) and enrolling in our program. Most forms ask for your name, email address and telephone number. This information will be stored in our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system and you will start to receive email communication from us which you may opt-out of at any time. *Please make sure to view our online chat provider’s privacy policy before proceeding with their service.online chapter quizzes are mandatory.
  • When enrolling in our program, we also ask for your postal address, identification number, birth date, and payment information. This additional information is required to be collected to complete your enrollment and pre-licensing coursework.

2. Behavioral Data

  • As you navigate through and interact with Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3, we may use automatic data collection through Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including: Details of your visits to Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3 which include traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3. Information about your computer and internet connection, operating system, and browser type. This helps us improve your experience on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3 and in our marketing efforts. 3. Cookies

  • A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may not be able to access the pop-ups featured on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3.

SHARING

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to Website 2, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We do our part to ensure your password is encrypted, but we ask you that you do not share this password with anyone. 

REMOVING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If your personal information changes (such as your phone number or email address), or if you no longer desire our service, we will provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data you provided us with. This can usually be done by editing the “Edit Profile” area of Website 2 or by calling or emailing our Student Services department. (888-317-8740)

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Just like you’re given the option to opt-in to our newsletters and other communication on Website 1, Website 2, and Website 3, you may also opt-out at any point by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. This will remove you from all emails moving forward - including those that are related to your courses. To stop receiving text messages from US Realty Training, you agree to reply STOP to the number sending the message. After replying STOP, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been received and processed, and you may continue to receive text messages for a short period while US Realty Training processes your request(s).

LIMITED ACCESS

There are limited instances in which US Realty Training, LLC and US Realty School, LLC will provide your information to our partner brokerages.

1. Our Keller Williams (KW), Coldwell Banker (CB) Affiliates and EXP Affiliates. You are not required to work under any of these brokerages upon passing the state exam, but we will send your name and information to our Affiliates.

2. Third party regulatory agencies to comply with state regulatory requirements such as: state licensure rules and state taxation requirements.
