She joined Keller Williams and expanded her services to become a new agent Launch Coach and Mentor, a Skill Series Instructor and an endorsed Open House Specialist. He was the very first realtor in South Corona to start putting up open house signs every weekend and has been consistent with that effort now for close to 25 years. His oldest son Andy entered the business in 1999 and has been Dave's partner since. Dave was instrumental in partnering to open 3 Keller Williams franchises in Corona, Riverside and Moreno Valley and Broker those offices for many years with over 650 agents under his Broker's license at one time. Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Urban Studies & Planning from UC San Diego, graduating Cum Laude with High Distinction Honors. He furthered his education at USC, where he completed a Master’s in Planning(MPL), a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA), and a Graduate Certificate inPolitical Management. In 2021, he returned to UC San Diego as a professor inthe Department of Urban Studies and Planning, specializing in Real EstateDevelopment.
Actively involved in the San Diego real estate community, Mike frequently instructs agents at various career stages. He volunteers with the PacificSouthwest Association of REALTORS (PSAR) and the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS (SDAR), where he has served on the SDAR Board of Directors, chaired the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC), and held roles as Vice-Chair ofGovernment Affairs and committee member for Education, Grievance, and the YoungProfessionals Network (YPN). He dedicated his time as a full-time agent in 2001 with his wife, Carolee. Together, they helped hundreds of families down the path of homeownership. In 2012, Robert's desire to teach pulled him away from Real Estate and led him to train.
His passion for teaching and his love of Real Estate were the keys to creating the USRT training program.
